Towards the end when the woman is in the garage with the clown he lifts up her shirt and does something weird to her stomach. I'm quite certain this is because the clown knows she is pregnant. Does anyone else agree that she's gonna give birth to a demonic clown baby?

That was one way. There could be other ways. They never said that a scrape from 100% transformed clown, wouldn't turn you into a clown if you weren't fully developed yet.
shareI've been thinking a different idea for a sequel. Maybe a second movie could tell us more about the demons past. For example how it started off as a child eating demon. I would also like if someone could figure out a way to destroy the costume.
