Admittedly, the bar isn't exactly high for horror these days (and I say that as a genre addict), but this was EXACTLY what I was hoping it was be. Creepy and dark with its own mythology, great monster effects, no holds barred on the horror, and just the right amount of camp.

I don't know why they putzed around with the release...this probably could have made a killing at the box office with some creative marketing and an opening weekend without any new blockbusters. I feel like they generated some great buzz a year or two ago and just let it fizzle out by waiting too long. Anyway, I hope this does get a US theatrical release. This was awesome.

Finally somebody who loved it too. I especially loved The use of Neil Sedakas “King of Clowns“ song !

I have Stitches in my collection and I have to say it was hilarious and brilliantly done. Also Rossi Noble was a revelation. I hope there's a sequel.

Sad, but true. Doubt it would've made that much in the box office tho.

I've been thinking the same. His movies are not horror. But they are not slashers either. Nor gore. Very hard to tell what genre they are.
