Kent had to stop at a store to buy clown makeup....

so why didn't he just buy a costume? Why search a house you are selling for something to wear? Obviously the town has a costume shop because Kent went there to find info on the costume later on.

Also, it was interesting to watch the daily progression of costume changes. On the first morning when Kent woke up you could see that the costume was more form fitting and the divide in the front between top and bottom was gone and the sleeves progressively melded into his wrists. The materiel had a reptile pattern on it that became more pronounced as well.

Still trying to figure out why the hospital didn't try to take the costume off of Kent....

It would have been interesting to watch a scene in which the doctors tried to cut the suit off him, but to no avail. I guess if they tried, they would of ended up flaying him instead. However, if they did do that, I wonder if the clown curse would've died out? After his nose was ripped off, it didn't grow back like the hair did. Maybe the suit's curse/magic supply would have been cut off. Who knows?

Why buy a clown costume when he found a perfectly decent one ("perfectly decent" as far as he was aware at the time) for free?
