Were Both Sisters Supposed to Be Hungarian?

Because the one played by the non-Hungarian actress sure had a non-Hungarian accent. She even screamed in American English while her thigh was impaled.

They were half-sisters who shared a dad. Presumably the Hungarian sister was raised in Europe by her mom (who perhaps was European) while the American sister was raised in the States.
