Why didn't Dennis show Julie the tape NEAR THE END? The one where things are flying in their bedroom, or when Katie gets grabbed across the room?!

Or are we to believe that Dennis (who we see starting to watch the videos from the night before) just hadn't gotten to that part of the tape yet?

They leave the house the morning right after everything flies around in their bedroom. Early the next morning, Kristi tries to get Julie to leave, Julie refuses, and then everything in the kitchen falls from the ceiling. We can assume he hadn't had time to watch them yet.
