Should we watch this series in reverse order?

I don't know a lot about anything but I know a little about practically everything

That would probably be the best way to do it. And from the previews I've seen, Part 4 is going to take place after Part 2 with Katie and Hunter again. The order is very confusing. I can picture people just discovering these movies for the first time 20 or 30 years from now asking "Why do all of the movies jump all over the place in time?"

I started with Part 2 and remember finding the whole burning photo part and demon Katie a little confusing at first.

I think its best to start with 1.

Definitely no reverse order. The second one completely spoils the first one anyway.

I wouldn't say reverse order as that would be more confusing than the current order. If you are looking to watch the movies in terms of chronological events, the order you should do that is to start with PA3. Then PA1, PA2 & PA4.

SPOILER!

I would say do not watch PART 4 at all. It shows where Katie and Hunter are after the events of part 2. But they give NO NEW information on what the heck is going on and WHY!
