Who raised Katie and Kristi after the events of PA3? On the official PA wiki page it says Julie died.....but a lot of people are saying she might of survived and was just brainwashed along with the girls? I hate it when I can't find a sure answer to a movie!
shareI don't know either because in pa1 when the psychic tells Micah and Katie to keep away negativity because that what the demon feast on, Micah then tells Katie that perhaps her mom shouldn't come to visit... So then here the mon is dead and I have no idea which mom was he talking about then

I would assume Grandma Lois did.
I couldn't tell if Julie died or not either, I figured she died because of the odd angle her head seemed to be hanging at when Toby was holding her on the stairs...but Katie mentions something about her mom in "PA", to the effect that her mom was alive when she was older.
So either its a continuity error, or the girls were brainwashed (besides the memory erase of their childhood) into thinking a DIFFERENT woman was their mother.

Lois is dead, 'Adult' Katie states this quite clearly at the very beginning of the film
