Does anyone know the names of the John Lennon songs used in this movie?
shareOoh! Good question. I remember only two: "Imagine" and "Working Class Hero" (used with such cutting irony, by the way). I hope others chime in, as I'd really like to generate a playlist.
shareI hope they will!
shareOK, I did more research. There are apparently 9 total Lennon songs. Some more I uncovered through articles are "Cold Turkey", "Beautiful Boy", and "Nobody Told Me". Also, "Instant Karma" is in the trailer, though I don't remember when and if it's in the movie (chances are it was there somewhere). So, we're over halfway there. :)
Here's the current list so it's easy to read:
- Imagine
- Working Class Hero
- Cold Turkey
- Beautiful Boy
- Nobody Told Me
- Instant Karma(?)
- 7?
- 8?
- 9?
Good thing there isn't another thread here that named them all...
shareAlso a good thing you're so polite and not snarky at all. (Also: Oops. Can't believe we both missed that.)
OK, here it is unless someone doesn't go back four days in comments.
- Imagine
- Working Class Hero
- Cold Turkey
- Beautiful Boy
- Nobody Told Me
- Instant Karma(?)
- Love
- #9 Dream
- Hold On
Was I the only one who heard "Whatever Gets You Through the Night?
