Can someone from the UK explain to me why the brother´s were found not guilty since its was one of them that kill the guy, and Kenny didnt?

There was no direct evidence linking them to the killing. He confessed so to the crime so his own honesty held him culpable but was not enough to physically link the brothers to the beating.

I should have thought there would have been DNA from the beatings the brothers gave the victim.
