Cannot understand the last part of the movie!

I watched the movie 2 times and i still cannot understand the last part of the movie.
First where did the girl come from when she was running towards the door after here uncle was killed. The girl then gave her the key to open the door, it just doesn't make sense. Then the last part also showed her father and uncle tied up, so was she hallucinating during the movie.Sorry it just doesn't make sense.

The girl (Sophia) was in her imagination. The lead girl had imagined all of the noises and things that she had seen, because SHE is the one who killed her father and uncle for abusing her when she was little. She had repressed the memories,but returning to the house brought them back again.

Her "friend" Sophia represents the innocence her father and uncle stole from her.

The house represented her mental state so as her nightmare progressed and the more unstable she became, the more and more twisted the imagery became.
