Were there going to be more movies from the series or was this just a one off?

With the actor just dead the production will need to reboot either new movies or a tv show.

There were 6 books total, not sure if more movies were planned

7, of varying quality. And some terrible, short e-book companions. And a few meh comics,

I am pretty sure on here it showed that there was going to be a second movie. Looks like it's been removed since his death. Really sad.

The 1st is the best and most likely the only one worthy of a movie.
