When Cole gets promoted to homicide, Donelly says he just came from the burglary desk, but he came directly from traffic. Plot hole? Future DLC?

At the end of Traffic, the Capt. says he's being promoted. Then it says "Six months later". Phelps worked Burglary between the two. As for future DLC, it's rumored but who knows.
