4th Amendment Issues and Loading Times

Liked the game a lot, but two things really bothered me. Three or four times Phelps walks into a place and someone says "hey, don't you need a warrant," to which Phelps partners reply "shut up." Just seems like an odd message.
Secondly, I really got tired of waiting five minutes for the next scene to load, then it being a five second cut scene, followed by more loading.

I imagine it was to keep the pacing up. It would be less fun if every investigation required you to drive to the courthouse to get a warrant.

We've met before, haven't we?

Think about the times. The cops didn't always follow the rules number one and number two Warrants are a relatively new thing in law enforcement just like the maranda rights readings date to the 1960's

If you were waiting five minutes for a scene to load, I'd point the blame at your pc. Everything loads within seconds on my rig. I haven't played the PS3 or Xbox version but I have watched walkthru's and none of them have long loading times. The only game I've played this year that has unimaginably long loading times was Duke Nukem Forever. And I got tired of that game due to it's poor overall design and lack of elements that made the original so damn fun.

Do you think they're cognizant of how bad they got it?
Lets hope not poor b@sterds

I got this on the 360 initially and it felt like the loading times were insanely long. I ended up not finishing it because of that.. I just got it for pc though when it was on sale for $5 and the load times are lightning fast. I have kind of a fast computer but after playing a few other 360 games (like assassins creed brotherhood) I realized that the 360 just has horrible load times generally because it's stupidly old technology. I got a 360 fairly recently.. Mainly just for Alan wake and red dead redemption.. And those 2 games made it worth it to me.. But seriously, it's time for the new version. When there's THAT big a gap between how much of a difference a game plays and looks between a pc and console.. There's a problem. It seems like the whole frog-in-slowly-boiling-water.. Over time people are just used to longer and longer load times, etc.
