Bay never accused anyone of raping her. The college did that, and Bay was devastated about it. Bay did not want to see Tank expelled.
Bay told Daphne, Regina, Kathryn, John, Toby, and Emmett that she was as much to blame for what happened with Tank, as Tank was to blame. She told Kathryn that her feelings were not simply victim's guilt, but the truth. Bay believes the mistake of having sex with Tank was just as much her fault, as Tank's fault. She made that clear to Emmett in the rainstorm.
So that is why Bay ran after Tank. She feels badly for what happened to him. share
