How did they first learn about eachother?

How did all the 143 kids find out that they all had "Starbuck" as their father?

I assume the clinic's guidelines is to give the child information about the donr once they are 18. But how did they all find eachother?

Was there like a FB event "My dad is 'Starbuck', how about yours?" and just randomliy 140+ people found it and responded?

But how? The clinic wouldn't tell them.

If they didn't know that their dad had spawned 500 kids, it really makes no snce how they would find out about eachother.
