I didn't get much sense at all of the original book from that trailer and its seemingly Princess Bride approach to the story. So far, it doesn't seem like a telling of the Little Prince story so much as yet another "cute" animated kid with big eyes who learns about "Life". Sigh.
Short trailer though, I acknowledge, and a lot of production time still to go. There could be so much more to the finished product. I certainly hope so.
You might very well think that. I couldn't possibly comment.
I agree that there is a twist to this version of the story, and it's hard to go back to the audio version narrated by Gérard Philippe, but I still think that it looks promising. And the desert sections seemed quite faithful to the original ;-)
shareI know the trailer doesn't reveal alot,hardly anything of other characters within the story, or more of the plot. However, I think the animation looks rich,amazing,and they have a good list of people doing the voices. I'm defiantly giving it a chance,want to see this one.
