I plan on watching the film at a cinema without subtitles and I was wondering how much of the film is in the French language, as the language enlisted on imdb is English / French.

It all depends where you will be watching the movie... In France, the entire dialogue is in French. In the US, it will be in English when the movie is released. It's not a mix of both, it's either/or.
shareThere's only one original version of this and it's in English. The French version is just a dub (i.e. the lips animation isn't redone).
There is one language oddity though: all the little girl books are in French, but things like posters are in English. No idea why.
