Monstro Elisasue deja vu?

Anyone else feel like they've seen essentially Monstro Elisasue - a blob with a picture of its former pretty face/self, fooling nobody, crudely stuck onto it - before somewhere? I *feel* like that kind of entity/image appeared in some South Park episode or in Peter Jackson's Brain Dead or Meet The Feebles or in some other iconoclastic black comedy extravaganza. Or is it some avant garde, feminist art piece by, say, Cindy Sherman or Yayoi Kusamsa that I'm thinking of? It's driving me crazy that I can't nail down the exact thing I'm being reminded of. Anyone else share my deja vu? More importantly, can anyone identify the prior art I'm evidently thinking of?
