why didnt Sue take the stabilizer from the dead body?

I think midnight is the deadline for that and it hadn't been midnight yet (still preparing for the night's New Years special and all that).

It also wasn't the lack of stabilizer that killed her, but rather the matrix body being dead leading to Sue's body sympathetically dying in turn. Note that when she fails to take the stabilizer in time, it leads to a headache and her collapsing--not her teeth and fingernails falling out. Even if she had taken extra stabilizer from her now-dead OG body, the Sue body would have still fallen apart.
