Camera trick?
I do not understand the camera trick that they do with Silver? What are they trying to prove or what is his "trick"?

When they are testing Silver to see if he's a fraud or not.
shareThey are testing for Paraphotography. There are three cameras focused on infinity, that is they are not focused on anything so any photo should show nothing. They are testing Silver's ability to use ESP to produce images which he does with one of the cameras showing people in the room with him. This is a trick though it's never explained how he does this.
