Better than Grand Budapest Hotel

GBH gets a lot of praise but I tried watching it twice and I could never get into it. Moonrise Kingdom was cute and unique yet simple and it has Bill Murray in it so that is an extra bonus.

Finally someone who feels the same as me! I would very much like to enjoy GBH but as you said, I just can't get into it. Although I very much like Wes Anderson's style and storytelling there's just something missing.

I agree 100%!!!! Moonrise is my fav Anderson film.

I loved Moonrise Kingdom, but The Grand Budapest Hotel is not only my favorite Wes Anderson film, it's my favorite film so far this century.
