Start Praising both sides
This movie is yet another tale of a working woman having to do it all and i am glad this is such a great thing for not just women but dad's with daughters, we watch and teach them from some of these films. But I cannot understand why so little is done to start praising the American male for also being a hard worker and a good family man. Almost every guy I know helps his wife with the kids and housework especially if she works too. This image of guys being lazy and just because he brings home the bacon means he does nothing more, I find this to be very outdated as some men have evolved into realizing there help is needed. You wonder why young men are such slackers it may be because with divorce and so many single women it could be they are not being taught the things that are honorable about a good working family man. My point is, along with good women heroism films as they liberate and teach young girls about there freedoms and shooting for the stars we should also make films and show young men the honor of working hard to provide for your family and treating your wife well we should start teaching both sexes not just admiring female heroism but pushing for male pride as well. I started this thread form working with young men and I know they are not being shown or taught anything. Through films or parents about this.
