Because of 12 Years a Slave he gets parts but Im afraid this part isnt for you

FYI, Chiwetel Ejiofor was in 29 movies and on 5 TV series before he got the part in 12 Years a Slave...

agreed. before i saw the film, i also thought he had been miscast. but then i watched it and he was one of the few highlights of this terrible remake. nicole kidman was the weak link, imo.
