yes it is pretty terrible throughout

but it kind of stayed true more or less to plot of original AND THEN THAT ENDING

IT TOTALLY UNDERMINES EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED IN THE REST OF THE MOVIE AND IN THE ORIGINAL

perfect example of how soulless and clueless Hollywood is

You have ruined any urge to watch the original for me.
