Clarification about Lebensborn program

I'm a little confused about Joe's biological father... at first I thought Joe was the bastard child of the Führer's.

I can't find much info on Lebensborn backstory (fiction version, not the actual one).

Do we know who the bio dad is?

Heusmann is his biological father.
