I've been following the progress of this film since I heard about it through the content on wizards.com. Was wondering if anyone knows the projected release date for this movie?

Well, according to Amazon the boom comes out in December.

Yarr.. that was the re-release of the D&D game book reworked for 4th edition. Just so happens I picked that up today as well, but still awaiting a release date. I've seen rumors of sometime in 2012. I'd suspected WotC would have wanted to release the movie around the same time as the D&D Supplement. Still looking forward to the release of this film!

So, it's the middle of the summer and we still don't know anything about this movie. Mainly the release date. Any news? Is it coming out this year, next year or it just decided to go back to it's dungeon and play with the dragons there?
