I really believe Sam Rockwell was snubbed for BEST supporting Actor. The film overall for Best Picture, & Best Writing for sure. I liked it better than Little Miss Sunshine and that was universally acclaimed. Underrated gem this is.

Agreed, especially in Rockwell, who is always overlooked. The guy is one of the 3 best actors working, and gets no recognition.

Great movie.
I agree that it got snubbed.
I actually rented a couple of the movies that won Oscars and they weren't nearly as well done as this movie is.
Sad that this one got totally passed up.

This is one of those great movies people will still like in 20 years whereas the Oscar winners will be long forgotten.

Sam Rockwell was absolutely overlooked for best supporting actor his performance was fantastic and much better than Jonah Hills in wolf of Wall Street
