This is what I was expecting:
[DUNCAN tries to kiss SUSANNA]
DUNCAN: I'm sorry.
SUSANNA: No, don't be. I do want you to kiss me.
DUNCAN: Then why did you move away?
SUSANNA: I don't want you kiss me now. I don't want you to use me like you're using the people at the water park.
DUNCAN: What are you talking about?
SUSANNA: You want to kiss me to feel better about what just happened. And you go to the water park because it's an escapism for you.
DUNCAN: So what?
SUSANNA: You can't use anyone nor anything as escapism. You have to confront your problems. Otherwise, they'll never be solved and you'll feel bad the rest of your life.
DUNCAN: Well, it's easier to say it than to do it.
SUSANNA: Look who's talking. You just yelled at your mom for trying to avoid a confrontation.
OK, maybe it wouldn't have been so literal, but you get the idea. Do you agree with me?
