Accurate depiction of OCD?

Was Lena's depiction of OCD accurate? From all I can gather, this seems like a very, very stereotyped version of the disease.

Lena Dunham really has it so I imagine it's probably a somewhat accurate depiction of her real experience. She's mentioned that she used to do the masturbating in certain numbers compulsively and it was ridiculously painful.
