One thing I hope for the finale season.

That it won't be an Hannah/Adam reunion. In fact, I hope he and Jessa will be endgame.

reply

That would certainly be unexpected. Perhaps it would be an interesting way to go.

I myself hope we see something to do with Hannah's writing. If I were in charge of the show, I would have it end with Hannah pitching a show to HBO about her life and having it accepted by the company. Any thoughts?

reply

I like it. It would be a neat way to come full circle, with her story.

reply

Of course it will. Leah Dunham has a crush on the actor and is so naracisstic she will write them back together. She can't let the prettiest win.

reply

I hope so I'm so invested in those two as a couple God when they were together and great, they were perfect for one another.

reply

I would hope that they all have massive amounts of growth. They're all insufferable but I'm already too invested to stop watching lol. It would be a nice ending that they're all a little more self aware and at least on the path to being decent people lol.

reply

I agree. There needs to be a true evolution.

A five-year later montage scene would be great, Glimmer. Let's hope this is done. Excellent suggestion, seriously.

respectfully disagree. For the series to come full circle she has to end up with Adam. Jessa needs to be alone and focus on herself to be happy. She carries guilt over their relationship that will never dissipate and I feel like Adam holds a torch for Hannah that never really extinguish either. Adam and Hannah were really good together. She brought him out of his shell and tamed his anger, allowed him to be himself and supported him and he kind of grounded her and gave her different perspective...I feel like Hannah was less self-involved during her relationship with Adam...as compared to her relationship with Fran say.

reply

LMAO. No she doesn't, it would be having the story back to square one. Her career is the real endgame, not her love life. Especially with an old news relationship, like Adam. With whom she has nothing in common, anymore.

reply

Spot on : ) I've shipped Adam and Hannah since I watched the first episode Monday just gone aha

reply

I want Hannah to end up alone and trying to work on her career. I want Marnie to grow up and stop stringing along Ray.

reply

Agreed.

reply

Definitely agree. That was one of my concerns while I was watching season 5. I enjoyed Adam and Jessa together more than I thought I would. And at this point I don't think Adam/Hannah make sense anymore.

I would rather see Hannah working her relationship with Jessa than anything with Adam.
