No. And I'd like to add that it is 100% not her weight. She doesn't take care of herself. The actress that is. She has no body tone, shoulders slumped and visceral fat highly evident around her organs and a flat backside. She's also pretty flat chested.

I just finished season 2, but I'm not impressed yet. People raved about how it's supposedly realistic, authentic and feminist, but at least so far, it's not.
shareI cant help but find a lot of sexism in people commenting on how unrealistic it is for a girl like Lena Dunham having good looking boyfriends on her tv show yet they have never made any comments on someone like Seth Rogen, Jonah Hill, Kevin James, Josh Gad, Patton Oswalt... etc etc ...doing tv shows/movies where their characters have no problem getting with hot chicks.

When an actress is a bigger girl she is called an ugly fat cow and gets made fun of by late night talk show hosts or on SNL and MAD TV or FAMILY GUY or SOUTH PARK while a fat actor is considered to be a big jolly teddy bear. If an actress doesn't look like she walked off of a Paris or London Runway or out of the pages of a Victoria Secret catalog and doesn't have a Disney Princess face she is blatantly attacked while a guy doesn't have to deal with any of that BS.

Yeah, but those guys don't get naked. I'm sure if Kevin James showed his penis off people would complain. Also, Lena is unlikable in general and her character is unlikable. If she had a great personality, I doubt she'd get as much hate for the nudity.
Honestly, it's not that she gets naked, it's that she does it for shock value and when it's not necessary in the scene. Like, okay, she's topless in bed, but did we need to see her pull her bathing suit to the side to flash her vagina so it could get sun?! Jessa's nude scene was for comedy reasons, so it didn't feel gratuitous. The whole point was how uncomfortable they were making Ray feel in his own apt.
