Lucky he was friends with his boss, otherwise he could have lost his job if they had actually bothered to check if he was responsible for it...

For sure, or he definitely would've been canned. I think Brandon was also spared because he was aware of his boss's tryst with Sissy. Said boss didn't mince words, though, stating something to the effect of, "...It takes a really sick person to look at that all day long...". As odd as it sounds I felt sorry for Brandon in that scene. His discomfort was so tangible I felt sick to my stomach. Kudos to McQueen and Fassbender for portraying that so powerfully.

anyone with basic computer knowledge knows how to erase internet history.the scene wasnt believable

Brandon probly kept the porn on his computer because work firewall would block any direct streaming from porn sites. even if the firewall doesn't block it, it would keep a history listed by user on the firewall even if said user erases browser history.

according to your strategy, you'd have been busted! ;)

I got in trouble for using the work computer to use Facebook, email, ebay etc. I got a written warning. Imagine if I decided to look up porn as well...
