Thank you for those articles! They were all eye-opening, but that first one was brutal. Also, I guess Mykelti is marrying someone they don't really like because they didn't give this kind of crap to Caleb. Since Mykelti's wedding shower was this past weekend, I guess the wedding is still on. But who does Kody think he is, telling them how to raise their children before they're married and controlling what people drink at Maddie's wedding? But the most eye-opening was the promo with Meri. I guess everyone has been right about how Robyn has affected Meri and her marriage. Wow! I guess that has been Meri's issue all along. I thought it was a combo of the show and Robyn, but apparently not - just Robyn.

I feel pretty bad for Mykelti, while I know her wedding may have been rushed and they may not have had a chance to get to know Tony as much as they knew Caleb I still think that they are not being very supportive. Everyone is super focused on Maddie's wedding and happy for her, now Maddie announces she is pregnant, totally bringing any spotlight that was on Mykelti off of her. I would feel devastated if my family reacted the way they have about Mykelti getting married.
Kody really loves control so I am not suprised that he wants to control how much people drink at Maddie's wedding or how Mykelti and Tony should raise their children.
It is nice to finally have Meri opening up a bit more and telling people exactly how she is feeling. I didn't know that she basically told Kody to stay out of her life or that Kody ignored her even more than I thought he did. I am very interested to see the following episode where Kody and Mariah talk and Kody takes on a lot of the responsibility about what happened.
So far it seems like this season might be a little more interesting than last season, well I hope.

That's the first time I heard Tony speak - he's sounds pretty articulate to me. I didn't know he was a Mormon - Christine must be having a major hissy. She's the one who probably wanted Kody to make the assurance about polygamy. That's stupid and probably done for the show because none of the kids are going to be in polygamous marriages and probably none of their kids will either. So why pick on Mykelti's Mormon fiancee? It's not like Mormons are the only religion that doesn't acknowledge polygamy. We already know from Maddie's experience and what he said Mykelti can't join their church, but so what? It doesn't seem to bother Tony that much.

Is it any wonder Meri is in the shape she's in?
Looks like this season that Maddie and Mykelti will be at each others throats as they try to outshine each other for the spot light. Maybe parts of this is producer generated(as is a lot of what we see) because I didn't think Maddie or Mykelti either one to be vindictive or vengeful. So I guess we'll see.
