Yeah because women can't go yo school and have kids. She was already finishing her bachelors degree before she married. She was applying to law school, why they were moving. You were among those convinced she got married she would be a drop out and she proved you wrong.

I don't think she finished her freshman year - she dropped out and either moved home and moved to Montana or just moved to Montana. However, there's no reason she can't at least get a bachelors' degree, but it's going to be harder than it was before she was married and a mom. share
She finished her freshman year, took a year off, and barely started her sophomore year this fall. She has a long way to go before she is even close to getting a B.A., let alone a J.D.

As for her graduating with a 4 year degree anytime soon, it's possible but not looking as likely. I got pregnant my senior year of college and had to go back and finish one class after giving birth and it was HARD. Then I went back and got my teaching credential when the kids were out of diapers which was even harder, but it can be done. And I had a super supportive husband and parents close by willing to baby sit for free.
I feel bad that the first place I went to was Maddie screwing up her education because they look so happy. That one photo of her in Meri's dress is just gorgeous. Congratulations Maddie & Caleb! 👶

I tend to see where people are headed in the wrong direction and sometimes I sit on my hands, but in other situations, people know me so well, they know what I think. Sadly I've always been right. But how can a person be a bummer when someone is getting married or having a baby. The genie is already out of the bottle.
shareSometimes it sucks being right.... I know a lot of people were hoping that Madison meant it when she said she was going to concentrate on her education even though she was getting married. I guess Janelle really knows her daughter, because she kind of suspected this would happen.
shareMaddie is supposedly 3 months pregnant but looks more like 5-6 months along! I had a feeling this would happen. Getting a degree and graduate degree is difficult, but doing it when you have a husband and baby or babies is exponentially more difficult. I hope she doesn't give up on her education, but I wouldn't bet money on it.

Julie - I know! I thought she was in her 2nd trimester but then she said on Twitter she was in her first! I don't know when those photos were shot but she's 4 months now. Janelle said she was due in May I think. She looks beautiful, but I'm with you, education is going to be harder now.

I doubt Madison will finish her education. I wish she would, but few do once they have a baby. The odds are against her.
Aspyn never quit - it was Mykelti who changed schools. Hunter isn't just 'in the military' - he's at the Air Force Academy. I don't know if they have said what Garrison is going to do yet, but the military looks like his direction. I don't doubt Maddie will finish, but she's got a longer road. But she's really smart so maybe she will need to go to college to be satisfied. Now that Mykelti has her Prince Charming, I have the least hope for her. 😥
