shareI disagree. Even though Meri didn't have sex with another person, she was checked out of the marriage, and had an intimate relationship with someone outside her marriage. Yes, she was lonely, felt unloved and unappreciated, and Kody was also not committed to their marriage. I believe she should have either tried to mend her relationship with Kody or left the marriage. Looking for what you need outside of your marriage is cheating.

shareI fell asleep, so I have to watch the whole episode again, but if Kody was talking about the catfish scandal when he said they shouldn't have filmed it, then it's the smartest thing I've ever heard Kody say. Obviously, they have been in counseling and things have been said in private we know nothing about. Terrie is right - their marriage was in trouble for this to have happened. I think their marriage started crumbling the minute Robyn walked in the door. We all know Kody is an a$$ and apparently 3 wives are all he could handle because things seemed to have settled before she came along, but they wouldn't have the show without Robyn. So it's a catch 22 for Meri. I hope their show counselor is a real counselor because they do need a lot of it.

shareI agree. I know she has apologized but she still doesn't acknowledge that it was HER that made the decision to do what she did. She still blames it on everything and everyone else. When you are married, you do not start talking to someone of the opposite sex daily and tell them you love them. That is wrong. We all have weak moments and hard times but that doesn't give us the excuse to do wrong. She needs to completely own her mistakes and quit feeling sorry for herself. She is still playing the woe is me crap and I am sick of it. She is lucky that the family took it as well as they did...
shareI think when you apologize for something you acknowledge that you did something wrong. Again, what the hell else is she supposed to do? What she referred to when her and Kody were talking and crawl on her knees and beg?!?!?!?!? Kody has yet to even acknowledge, or for that matter even understand, what Meri was feeling to even get her to seek something from somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!
shareI will respect your opinion but I find so much of her apologies lined with buts and I just don't find them very sincere. Sometimes apologies aren't enough. You have to show how sorry you are by your actions and future words and I am just not seeing it for the seriousness of what she did. She didn't accidently break someone's favorite cup or dent someone's car. She was having an online affair with who she thought was a man and brought a lot of hurt and shame on the whole family. They obviously still have issues with it. Just my opinion...
