I wasn't all that impressed. I would probably doubt Janelle too since she never really helps to plan things and doesn't seem like she knows what is going on ever.

shareYeah, I like Janelle, but I was a bit disappointed with her in this episode. She seemed like taking on any family responsibility was really hard. Really hard. She kept talking about how scared she was to help plan the wedding, and helping with the venue seemed to overwhelm her. I was surprised by this because we know she had a job outside of the family for a while, she manages the family finances (I believe) and she's had six kids. How can planning a party for your family frighten you this much? She sort of answered the question: she's in her bubble and doesn't interact much with the other wives. I guess that is how she deals with plural marriage.
shareNot to mention Maddie seems to have a handle on it herself. She doesn't really need her mother's help.
