That weird hug and "see ya" on the driveway shows just how disconnected these two are. So awkward!! Kody seems in absolute denial about what happened with Meri. I almost laughed when Mariah started talking him into her way of thinking. Every once in a while Kody says something insightful but then ruins it because he is clueless.
shareI get the impression that Kody and Meri have kind of agreement that they will let things be for now, and at some point, with trusty family therapist Nancy by their sides, they will attempt to bandage up their relationship. There seems to be no love at all between them though.

I think Meri is sticking it out until the show is over too and then I bet she goes back to Utah. Any of the adults would be crazy to leave now when they're making decent money off the show.

shareSince the Duggars, the Roloffs, and Kate Gosselin are still on TLC the Browns may have a permanent gig! Poor Jon Gosselin couldn't manage to stay with Kate even for the show, neither could Amy or Matt Roloff but they get along enough to stay on the show together.
shareWhen Kody was asking Mariah certain questions about Meri's involvement, it became obvious that he was searching for confirmation of what he should already have known. I found it quite interesting that he continued to gloss over the fact that Meri was WAY more culpable than she'd admitted. Mariahs candid 'outing' of Meris actual involvement surely had to have gotten to Kody!? He's clearly very adept at keeping his emotions in check....I guess?!

Cody does seem to be in denial about the seriousness of Meri's feelings for the person she thought she was talking to. If he fully acknowledged that, then he might have to make some decisions that he clearly does not want to make.
Meri does seem like a rather difficult person to get along with. We know that she has a bad relationship with Janelle, she doesn't seem close to Christine, and the catfishing thing seems to have alienated Mariah and Robin as well.

shareThe point was that someone else was voicing their opinion and you said they were wrong. You can't tell other people their opinion is wrong and yours is the right one and then whine about "not being able to have an opinion". That literally makes no sense. The point was everyone is allowed to have an opinion, not just you and you can't tell someone that their opinion is just wrong because you wouldn't like it is people did that to you.
shareThe other person is the one who answered me with 'NOPE'. The very definition of having an opinion that is different from someone else is that you think you are right and they are wrong. You need to read more boards if you have an issue with the posts on this board. This board is more than tame compared to almost every other board on here. The bottom line is people are not always going to have the same opinion and that's not only on entertainment boards, but that's life.
