Overall, Maddie's wedding was pretty ---except those hanging cloth things looked like laundry hanging on the line!

I thought the elk cake was disturbing -- but I guess in line with Caleb's interest in hunting.

The ceremony was flawed by Caleb's dad knighting him (Kody's brilliant idea) and Kody's officiating --- he made about 80% of his remarks about himself. Typical!

And of course Meri screeching out -- You forgot the rings!

But stuff like this can happen in any wedding. Overall --- pretty nice! I enjoyed the show.

The elk was creepy but it was a grooms cake. We font to them here but they seem a popular tradition at least in parts if the US. I have seen dime pretty bizarre ones on wedding shows. The groom usually has little say in weddings, and it us meant to reflect them. The red velvet with jelly filling bothered me the most. Did it really need yo look life like inside.

I get they don't do ring thing in their weddings but I highly doubt they haven't been to a wedding not in their faith. Besides they claimed to have watched a whole bunch of weddings for ideas. I don't get how he forgot the ring.
