Meri looks like she let one of the little girls draw her eyebrows on with a jiffy marker. And WTF is with the furry pork chops stuck to the side of Kody's face??? Meri's eyebrows look like two earthworms were glued on her forehead. Then there is Kody with his stringy hair and big old bald patches peeking through.
Kody could not look more disinterested in the counseling sessions. Seeing the two of them sitting across the room from each other instead of maybe sitting together, hold each others hand and actually look at one another. Sometimes relationships fall apart and there is no going back or forwards, because you're stuck and they look like two strangers awkwardly trying to portray a couple but they seem so disconnected IMO.
You are correct, they look awful. And, does Kody ever wash his greasy hair?

Yes. Christine and her mother were distant for years as Christine's mom left the family.
Janelle and Robyn are both divorced but I guess that was before they were polygamist, though Robyn grew up polygamist.
You must be new to the show.
Kody was only legally married to Meri for at least 20 years up until a couple years ago when they divorced so Kody "could marry Robyn and adopt Robyn's kids for insurance purposes". Most of us here think there was a lot more to it than that. He only has a "spiritual relationship" with Janelle and Christine and has never legally been married to either of them.
