LOVED the cast - Jennifer was fantastic!

This movie makes you realize how much those relationships with your best friends matter. I feel like the older you get, the more confusing life's situations and challenges become and the more important it is to have good friends to discuss your experiences with. There aren’t many movies that shed light on the issues addressed in this film, or do it as well as in Friends With Kids. Jennifer Westfeldt is such a talent in both her acting and film making and the whole cast was great in portraying the smart, funny, and intense parts of life. It made me so appreciative of my friends and of all the honest moments we have together.

I also want to give Jennifer a shout out for her great work! Her projects are always interesting and I always enjoy the roles she chooses and writes, she seems to adapt to characters really easily and I always find her very believable.

Great cast! Jennifer Westfeldt, Maya Rudolph, Kristin Wiig, Adam Scott, Jon Hamm, Edward Burns, and Chris O’Dowd were brilliant in this! I hope to see more movies like this from them. It’s more serious and heartfelt but still funny. I think it was a great film for them to show off their range of acting. The story and the chemistry between these actors gave me a sort of ‘we’re in this together’ vibe. I felt like they really are great friends. Kudos to Jennifer Westfeldt for leading and bringing this cast together, to create something different, fresh, and real. I think she is one of the most intelligent and freshest females in the industry. She also did a fabulous job with her performances, which exhibited great range.

I bet they are great friends! It would be awesome if they could create another film like this. I really enjoyed them together in this movie and yes, Jennifer Westfeldt is fantastic!

This movie depicts what a lot of relationships and marriages go through and the cast was great in it. They were so entertaining. There are a number of scenes with the entire cast together that had great energy and chemistry. And there are some great laughs in their own scenes as couples.
The movie is sweet, honest, sometimes blunt, but it's real life. Jennifer was outstanding. Her scenes were the most rich and poignant. I'm so impressed at how she brings so many layers to one film - as a filmmaker and as an actress. I think a lot of people will relate to this film or relate the characters to people they know.

I relate this film to people I know as well as myself. I thought it was a very real rom-com, one that guys can enjoy too! The cast was like any great bunch of friends that have known each other a long time. They were comfortable, funny, and true to reality. Jennifer did a fantastic job with this cast, the direction, the writing, the overall production, and with her own performance. It's a great rom-com. It's rich, smart, funny, and won't let you down.
