Erika, I think you need to look up the definition of Power of Attorney

No locksmith is going to jail and/or paying a fine, or getting their certification revoked, for Yandy, or anyone else.

Power of Attorney: the authority to act for another person in specified or all legal or financial matters.

For all intensive purposes (especially if it is broad, as in "ALL legal or financial matters) She is him, so legally, that apartment belongs to Yandy, Mendeeces, and Erika.

But besides all of that - while Yandy I guess legally "had a right", she was dead wrong. Yandy is acting like a jealous bitter woman for no reason. If she's so happily married why even go through those lengths? To prove what? Ericka was more than the slide. That's been determined time and time again. So tired of Yandy..

I too am wondering about that. Why are any of these people paying for rent (probably high) on an apartment no one is staying in.

But Erica said her name is on the lease. That would make Yandy her landlord. I'm pretty sure it's illegal for your landlord to just lock your ass out without serving an eviction notice first. Lol

thats not true, erika and mandecee name is on lease, so in this case yandy just replaces mandecee, yandy can legally change the locks, but erika can legally change them back.

So none of them own it and are just on a lease? So basically it's almost like a roommate situation I guess (with no one actually living there lol) Then Yandy should just get her taken of the lease if that's the case.
