I understand the decision and I agree. I wouldn't want them coming after my money. I just don't get waving the ring around to make a point when she isn't legally his wife. Those bitter baby mamas will have a field day with that intel, espceially after she shoved her ring up in their faces.

They are just jealous. They should be happy that she loves their children. Some women do everything in their power to keep the other children from having a relationship with their father. They try to keep him from paying support and all other things. I think they should be grateful that she loves those kids and wants to help them and partner with them in raising the kids. But I get it, mothers can be defensive.

I agree. She needs to stop doing that until it's legal. Where I live, the officiate has to mail the marriage paperwork and if they fail to send it they go to jail. Mendecees was pissed that she didn't mail it. She needs to talk to a lawyer to find out what her options are. Legally, she is not responsible for crimes committed BEFORE the marriage, unless there are court fees but even then she's not responsible. SO I don't know where she's getting that from.

Sorry but I have to disagree with everyone on here. If Yandy was actually worth what she said she's worth she can easily get a lawyer to protect her assets. Something don't sound right. My major was finance and I had to study laws dealing with finance. Yandy is full of sht. The other women can't come after her money. Also I'm starting to have a feeling she really is involved in Mendecees's case. If she wasn't involved in some way why would she be scared. The courts would look into her financial records but so what. They can't do nothing to her if she wasn't involved. What does she have to hide? After watching Yandy I think she is a liar. The only reason she confessed is because production or Mona since they are close probably told her about Erica's lawyer finding out the truth. Something isn't right about Yandy. I think she didn't send those paper in because she knew he was going away that's it. He didn't even know. It have nothing to do with Sam or Erica.
Also power of attorney does not equal marriage. What Yandy did was illegal.
