What happened?
Am I a bit slow? I don't get what happened in the last episode of series 3?? Did she jump off the bridge? Did she cross the road and helped Billy? Was she assassinated? I hate endings like this one...
shareI think it's sort of left to interpretation; probably to leave open for a potential "Season 4" -- which it seems will never happen. I think it's safe to assume the thug bumped off Micky Joy (Phil Davis' character) for being a turncoat/traitor/supergrass to the crime families. And you can interpret that Martha jumped into the Thames and killed herself; or more likely (esp for a new season) she ran down the road or jumped on a bus to just get away from anyone connected to Shoe Lane once and for all.
