This movie made me cry...

...for the same reason most movies like this make me cry. Because I feel sorry for myself.

Everyone is beautiful and happy and their lives have taken off. Even the ones whose lives are supposedly "messed up." Meanwhile, my 10 year reunion would have happened two years ago and my life is still sad and pathetic.

Thanks, Hollywood, for making me feel like sh*t yet again.

This movie made me cry too, but I'm a dude that is more emotional than even most females. My ten year reunion was so similar to this story that I was kinda spooked by it. My 10 year was in '08 and my wife left the party because she couldn't stand to even look at my ex that I dated up until we left town for college. It was my wife's first time meeting my ex, and they even talked to each other for a bit but my wife eventually broke down and left. Yeah, that was a very emotional weekend...

I went to my 20 year reunion. I skipped my 5 and 10. All the bullies also skipped the 20th. It was pretty cool. Here is what I found in my class. Some people have died. Some of stupidity (drug) others it was wrong place wrong time (accidents) while the rest got some horrible med condition. The head cheer leader had MS. As in others some did really well while others were back living with their parents. Most people were doing average.

Sorry but couldnt relate to this movie.

lol but everything you just said is just like the movie.
Everyone in the movie minus the musician (who could be an example of someone who is doing really well like you said above) really were just living average lives.
One dude was drunk with a wife and two kids. The other was pregnant, some were engaged, and three of the main characters had 1. two kids from two different dads/ a single mom or were being left by their wife, or living in a *beep* apartment.
Maybe the ppl at your HS reunion were more relatable to this movie than you think! :)
