Sequel to 'The Thaw'? *SPOILERS*
I've just watched the trailer and it instantly reminded me of the ending to "The Thaw" when you see the dog infected with the parasites getting into the truck and heading to a city. It's a similar plot and would make sense as a sequel taking place in a city. Even the parasites look the same and do the same to their hosts.
