there is a lot of gore. dont take your kids.. self explanatory. People get legs amputated. Parasites eat there way out of bodies ect.

No nudity. Didn't notice any profanity. No reall human to human violence either, unless you include medical proceedures and some implied police action in what I found to be one of the films most disturbing scenes.
There is some gore - mostly dead bodies but not all. It cuts away quickly. Nothing is relished.
But it is scary for the thoughts it leads the viewer to.
