Basing the town off of Cambridge?

The town in this movie is called "Claridge," which is a fictional place made up by the writers of this movie. I am from Maryland; does anyone else from Maryland think they may be basing this town off of the real Eastern Shore town of Cambridge? Apparently this movie was filmed in North and South Carolina.

I would assume so. I'm from Maryland too, although I live in AA county. I saw Claridge, and immediately thought Cambridge too.

This movie seems dumb to me though.

That is not dead which can eternal lie, and with strange aeons even death may die.

Just for some insight the town this movie is filmed in is not in Maryland. It is actually a town in South Carolina called Georgetown. The town is about 45 miles south of Myrtle Beach. The hospital where some of the scenes were shot was at Georgetown Memorial Hospital. I worked security for the hospital and we provided security for the crew. Also the downtown scenes are shot on Front Street in Georgetown, SC. I have been looking for this film to come out since they filmed it roughly 2 years ago!

I think they changed the names of some of the towns to avoid using actual town names. I used to live in Maryland, and they made a reference to a town called Townsend, which is obviously a version of Towson, a suburb of Baltimore.
