When will this be released on DVD and Blu Ray? I can't find anything online.

Available on DVD March 5th in the US and Canada, no mention of Blu Ray but I would assume the same day:

I think Lionsgate decided to skip The Bay on blu-ray.

Finally found some info. Apparently it will be released on BluRay on March 18th.
