Really not as bad as people here are saying....(spoilers)

I gave this film 9/10. It may have helped that I had watched V/H/S right before it which I gave a 5/10 as it was an example of how 'found footage' films should NOT be done.

However I really enjoyed this film! I didn't find the narrator annoying in the slightest (maybe i don't find the accent so grating as I'm in the UK.) I did find it strange that she did survive after so many didn't (especially the poor guy from the boat who wasn't even from town!)I also agree with other posters that the conspiracy element didn't need to be included, it would have been miles better without it (hence the not perfect score!)

All in all i thought this was a decent film that kept me engaged until the end and even made me jump a few times :)
