An even worse example of Canadian justice is Vince Weiguang Li, now known as Will Baker. He is the guy who stabbed, decapitated and ate parts of a young man on a bus in Manitoba. After about 4 years in a mental hospital, he was released unsupervised to go live in an apartment in Winnipeg. Imagine riding in the elevator with him? Canada is the land of infinite chances, as long as you are a convicted murderer.
